friendship is a great asset in life. Most people who dont have some sort of friendship with someone will be miserable. I am a testament to that fact. almost three years ago I Threw away the comforting blanket of friendship with everyone I ever knew for this girl whom i was dating. I lost my house because of her and ended up in Natick miles away from anyone i knew and to afraid at that point to develop new friends. So the next year I was completly unsociable and miserable and this last year i resorted to anger and being an asshole. I also broke up with that girl this year and am trying to piece back together my social life which is pretty hard. As well as trying to develop new friendships and accuaintances.

sharab sharir ko khatam karti hai
sharab samaj ko khatam karti hai
aao aaj is sharab ko khatam karte hai
ek botal tum khatam karo ek hum khatam karte hai.

Doodh Mein Uria, Mineral Water Mein Castic Soda,
Pepsi Aur Coke Mein Pesticide, Yani Pani Wani Bhi Kharab,
Ab Hum Kya Kare, Pure Bachi Bhi Hai To Sirf Yeh Sharab..

Botal Chupa dena kafan mein meri
Shamshan mein piya karunga
Jab mangega hisab khuda ;
To use bhi peg bana kar diya karunga
I Can Now Do This From My Phone. Yay!
Testing out mobile blogging. Very full day today. I got into a small accident this evening while taking students to our holiday party. No one was hurt and the damage to the other party's car was very minimal. The complication was that the other driver didn't have a license and was probably illegal. She became horribly distraught when she learned that I'd called the police to come make a report. I was following protocol for an accident in a University van. I felt awful as she became more upset. I mean, I definitely did do damage to her vehicle, albeit very small. Luckily I was able to call the police back and explain that there were no injuries or damage. I guess the police were only too happy to not come out in 15 degree rush hour, so we all went separate ways. The other driver hugged me and had tears of relief in her eyes. I still felt guilty for tapping her back bumper. I can't imagine feeling so afraid of authorities all the time. I guess it all worked out, but it was all I could do to go straight home, climb under the covers and eat a bowl of lentil stew with one big ol' glass of tempranill0....

’tis the time to be merry! Hannuka, Christmas or another holiday – most of us are celebrating this month, but what about our precious felines?

Going over the latest cat-related headlines, it’s clear that these are the holidays. Two themes come up over and over again.

Holiday Safety

New stuff around the house can put curious kitties in harm’s way. We have our own Cats and Christmas Safety Guide on the site, but you may also want to take a look at this recent article by Frank Bryce, the president of the Humane Society of Southern New Mexico discussing the dangers for cats during this time of year.

Kandi Stevens from the Valley Oak SPCA provides another good review here and the people at Purina issued a more specific warning in their recent news release here. They are concerned not just with the physical well-being of our pets during the holidays, but also with the effects of the mental stress

ghost

Just returned from a week in sunny Florida to cold and rainy New York. I had a great time, particularly in St. Augustine which is one of the most remarkable places I've ever visited. I give it 5 stars for history, and 5 ghosts for hauntings!

I stayed at the fabulous St. Francis Inn with their ghost, Lily, and have to say their wonderful hospitality, food, location, and parking make them THE place to stay in town.

And after almost 15 years of ghost hunting, I have a new favorite haunt: Ripley's Musuem, which has everything going for it in terms of paranormal enery. The castle-like structure was built on an old Spanish/British battlefield and burial ground, there were two murders in the building when it was a hotel, and the museum is now filled with instruments of torture and objects of death--does it get any better than that? And, they host THE BEST ghost train tour which gives you the use of a K2 meter and camera, and takes you through the old city, and then INSIDE the darkened museum for a real ghost hunt experience!

During the tour I got a bizarre photo I can't explain. I took 3 photos of the statue of St. Francis which is in a park across from the inn. Over the years people have had many strange things appear in their photos of this statue. I took 3 flash shots from the same spot. The first 2 came out fine, but the last one has a dark shadow in the center that appears to be blocking/absorbing the light. You can see the flash went off because it's illuminating the ground to the left and right, but not in front of me!

I highly recommend a trip to St. Augustine for the history, ghosts, food and weather. Can't wait to get back!!!

Where will you spend eternity???

Most people hope and think they will go to heaven. They aren't positive where they will go. 1 John 5:12-13 says, "He who has the Son has life; and he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life."

It takes more then just believing there is a God to secure salvation. The Bible says that even the demons in hell believe there is a God and yet they will not be saved. The answer is in Romans 10:9,10 "That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from the dead you shall be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Salvation comes through believing that Jesus is the Son of God and confessing him as Lord.

If you believe Jesus is the Son of God and that He died for your sins and rose again, you can know for sure that you'll go to heaven.

Pray this ~ God in Heaven, I know i'm a sinner and i need your help. I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is your Son, that He died on the cross for my sins and God raised Him from the dead." Jesus, right now i open my heart and invite You to come in. Make Yourself real to me. Take control of my life. Keep me from evil and help me be the kind of person you want me to be. Be my Lord and Saviour.

If you said that prayer go tell some one, Jesus is your Lord.
